What we will do on cooling maintenance
• Check Filter
• Monitor refrigerant level and add up to 2 pounds of Freon(ESA plan only)
• Clean drain line to prevent water damage
• Tighten all wire connections for safety
• Clean and remove vegetation from outside coil. (Non chemical)
• Adjust fan belt (if necessary) to maximize efficiency

• Lubricate all moving parts, including motor
